PRIVACY POLICY
1. To use the online store www.retroforma.lt and purchase the products offered, the Buyer must register in the www.retroforma.lt store system by completing the registration form. The registration form must include the following personal data of the Buyer: first name, last name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and other necessary information for delivering the products. A legal entity's authorized representative must provide the company name, address, phone, company code, and VAT number instead of first and last name.
2. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the data provided in the registration form is accurate, correct, and complete. If the Buyer's data changes, they must update it immediately. The Seller will not be liable for any damage caused to the Buyer or third parties due to incorrect or incomplete personal data provided by the Buyer or failure to update the data when changes occur.
3. After registering, the Buyer will receive individual login details (username and password) and must keep them confidential and not disclose them to any third parties.
4. The Buyer is responsible for all actions (data submission, product orders, comments, etc.) carried out under their username and password in the www.retroforma.lt online store.
5. By registering, the Buyer grants the Seller the right to collect, accumulate, systematize, use, and process all and any personal data that the Buyer provides directly or indirectly while visiting the www.retroforma.lt online store and using its services for the purposes set out in these Terms.
6. The Buyer's personal data will be processed in accordance with the requirements set forth in the "Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania" and other Lithuanian legal acts regulating the processing and protection of such data. The Seller will implement organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.
7. The Buyer's personal data will be used for identifying the Buyer, carrying out the sale and delivery of goods, issuing accounting documents, refunding overpayments and/or money for returned products, managing debts, performing other obligations arising from the purchase-sale contract, and ensuring the Buyer's ability to use other services of the www.retroforma.lt online store. The Buyer's personal data will be processed for direct marketing purposes only in the manner provided in these Terms, upon obtaining the Buyer's consent.
8. The Buyer's personal data will be used exclusively by the Seller and its partners, with whom the Seller cooperates in managing the Retroforma online store, delivering goods, and providing other services related to the Buyer's order or its execution. The Seller will not disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the aforementioned partners or when required by Lithuanian legal acts.
9. If the Buyer wishes to receive notifications or other beneficial offers from the Seller or its partners, they may opt-in to receive such messages when filling out the registration form. If the Buyer does not wish to receive such messages, the Seller will not use the Buyer's personal data for marketing purposes or send promotional or informational messages, except for those necessary to fulfill the Buyer's order.
10. By registering at www.retroforma.lt online store, the Buyer agrees to receive informational messages from the www.retroforma.lt store regarding new articles, promotions, etc. The www.retroforma.lt online store undertakes to provide the Buyer with the option to unsubscribe from receiving these messages at any time.
