TERMS OF PURCHASE
1. These terms and conditions of purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) establish the general conditions for using the Retroforma online store. The Terms apply when the Buyer selects, orders, and purchases goods offered on the online store www.retroforma.lt or otherwise uses the services provided by the www.retroforma.lt online store.
2. The Seller in these Terms is UAB "Retroforma", registered address: P. Lukšio g. 32, LT-08222 Vilnius, company registration code 126197876, VAT payer code LT261978716.
The Buyer in these Terms is any person purchasing from the www.retroforma.lt online store or using other services provided by the www.retroforma.lt online store.
3. The right to use the www.retroforma.lt online store and make purchases is granted to: - legally capable individuals of legal age whose legal capacity is not restricted by a court; - authorized representatives of legal entities.
4. By registering or placing an order, the Buyer unconditionally confirms that they have the right to purchase from the www.retroforma.lt online store.
5. Upon submission of the Buyer’s order, these Terms become a contract between the Buyer and the Seller, constituting a legally binding document for both parties. The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order in the www.retroforma.lt online store, makes the payment in accordance with the Terms, and receives an email confirmation from the Seller that the order has been accepted and payment received.
6. Different special offers and promotions may apply in physical stores and the www.retroforma.lt online store, unless otherwise specified.
7. The Buyer is not allowed to place an order in the www.retroforma.lt online store if they have not read or do not agree with the Terms. If the Buyer does not agree with the Terms or any part thereof, they must not place an order in the Retroforma online store. Otherwise, it is considered that the Buyer has read and unconditionally agreed to all the Terms.
8. The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement the Terms. The Buyer is subject to the Terms in effect at the time of order placement, so it is recommended to review the Terms before each purchase.
9. The Seller assumes no risk or liability and is unconditionally released from it if the Buyer has not read the Terms, although they were given the opportunity.
10. Under important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the www.retroforma.lt online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
