RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

 

1. The return and exchange of goods are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

  

2. The buyer (a natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded online (return a quality product) within 14 days without stating a reason
(Civil Code Article 6.228(10)), except for the exceptions specified in paragraph 2 of this article. The paid amount, excluding the delivery costs covered by the buyer, will be refunded within 30 days from the date of the return of the goods.

 

2.1. Goods can be returned if they have not been used, are undamaged, and have retained their commercial appearance. Wallpapers unwrapped from the protective film are non-returnable.

 

3. Return of defective wallpaper. Wallpapers unwrapped from the protective film can be returned if the defect is visible to the naked eye. It is also possible to request a return or exchange of wallpaper if a defect is noticed after it has been applied to the wall. The seller undertakes to compensate for the returned wallpaper and up to three applied strips.

3 STRIP RULE - After applying 3 strips of wallpaper, check whether the pattern matches, the shade and texture are uniform. If a defect is found, stop the work and contact the seller. Wallpaper sellers follow the 3-strip rule when replacing defective wallpaper. If more strips are applied, the seller is not responsible for a larger quantity of damaged wallpaper.

 

4. Goods that have been specially prepared, measured, cut, or customized at the buyer’s request are non-returnable.

 

5. The seller does not accept the return of the following goods: cosmetics and toiletries, furniture, bedding, nightgowns, pajamas, bathrobes, lighting fixtures, fabrics, paints, reproductions, books.

 

6. The cost of shipping when exchanging or returning quality goods is borne by the buyer.

 

7. When returning quality goods, the buyer must provide the seller with a written request stating the reason for the return. A cash register receipt, purchase-sale receipt, or another document confirming the purchase from this seller must be attached to the request.

 

8. Consumer disputes are settled out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, headquarters at Goštauto g. 12, Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt.
